AI avatar marketplace for video
A marketplace that generates AI video has two hard problems at once: long render jobs and a two-sided model of creators and buyers.
Approach
We moved generation into asynchronous Celery jobs and built the marketplace on a FastAPI backend with clear role separation. Next.js front end, multiple AI models behind a single abstraction.
Result
A platform to find, order and receive AI avatars — with robust job processing instead of blocking requests.
