Forwarders juggle drivers, GPS, orders, dispatch, billing and freight exchange — usually across several third-party systems that do not talk to each other.
Approach
We built a TMS that unifies these modules in one product: PostGIS for routing and live positions, a FastAPI backend and a Next.js front end — from driver to payroll.
Result
A TMS platform for the DACH region that bundles around 20 modules — from dispatch to AI route planner — in one system, no third-party tools from day one.
