Approach
SmartWMS is cut into isolated feature modules (vertical slices with hard module boundaries). Real-time over SignalR, a type-safe .NET 8 backend and a React front end in 17 languages — built for maintainability, not demo shine.
Result
A warehouse operating system a small team can run themselves: real-time stock, orders and IoT monitoring in one platform, shipped in 17 languages.
