What does the first step cost?

The first conversation is free. After that we analyse your process. You come away with a process map, the planned scope and a working prototype of one core workflow. We quote a fixed price for this analysis up front.

Can we start small?

Yes. We take the one workflow that costs you the most time today and make it usable. Only when that works in daily use do we plan the next step. You do not need a big project for this.

Do you also work with existing software or someone else's code?

Yes. We first look at what is already there and what of it works. We build on that. Old applications and spreadsheets that have grown over the years are replaced step by step while your business keeps running.

Who owns the source code?

You do. Once everything is paid in full, you hold all rights to the code we wrote specifically for you. You also get access to the repository.

Where is our data stored?

On servers in Germany at IONOS or, if you prefer, in your own environment. We process personal data under the GDPR and sign a data processing agreement (DPA) with you.

What happens after launch?

We stay responsible for the system: hosting, backups, monitoring and updates. You have one named contact. How much support you need, we agree together beforehand.

How long does a project take?

The first usable workflow is usually ready after 6 to 12 weeks. Before that come 1 to 2 weeks of analysis and a few days to agree what gets finished first. The exact time depends on the scope and on your interfaces.

And if off-the-shelf software is a better fit?

Then we tell you. If a standard product covers your workflow, we recommend it and help you set it up and connect it. Custom software pays off where standard software cannot handle your workflow.
