Customer portals, fewer calls
Many calls and emails are about the same questions: where does it stand, where is the document, has the invoice gone out? In a customer portal your clients find the answer themselves. New requests arrive with everything you need to handle them.
Does this sound familiar?
- Customers call to ask how their order is getting on.
- Documents go back and forth by email, and nobody knows which version counts.
- Requests arrive incomplete, so someone has to call back.
- Invoices, delivery notes and reports are scattered across several inboxes.
What you get
Status at a glance
Your clients see where their order stands. The status comes straight from your system, so nobody updates it by hand.
Documents in one place
Quotes, reports and invoices sit with the order they belong to. The current version is always the one that counts.
Requests with all the details
The form asks for exactly what your team needs to get started. The request goes straight to the person in charge.
A login for every client
Each client sees only their own data. Several contacts per company are possible, each with their own rights.
How it works
Typical duration, depending on scope.
- 1 to 2 weeksWe find out which questions your clients ask most often today and where the answers come from.
- A few daysWe decide what the portal has to do at launch. Status and documents are often enough to begin with.
- 6 to 12 weeksWe build the portal and connect it to your systems. Every two weeks you see where it stands.
- OngoingWe test with some of your clients, open the portal and keep looking after it.
Questions about this
Do our clients have to install anything?
No. The portal runs in the browser, on a computer as well as on a phone. We only build a separate app if there is a good reason for it.
Where does the data in the portal come from?
From the systems you already work with, such as your ERP, accounting or order management. We connect them so nothing has to be maintained twice.
How do you protect our clients' data?
Each client has their own login and sees only their own data. The servers are in Germany, we work in line with the GDPR and sign a data processing agreement with you.
Not sure where to start?
The process check asks you six questions about your workflow. Then you see where it gets stuck and where we would start.
