Questions about this
Is custom software worth it when ready-made programs exist?
Not always. If a standard product covers your workflow, we will tell you. Custom software pays off where you would otherwise have to bend your workflow to fit a program, or where several programs don't fit together.
Can we bring over our Excel data?
Yes. We read in the existing spreadsheets, work out with you what each column means and move the data into the new system. The old files are kept as an archive.
What happens to our ERP?
It usually stays where it is. We connect it through its interfaces, so orders and master data are not maintained twice.
